Parler Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates ("Company," "Parler Play," "we," "our," and/or "us") value the privacy of individuals who use our social news applications, the websites where this Privacy Policy is posted ("Websites"), and related services (collectively, our "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from our users ("Users," "you," and/or "your") to facilitate your commenting, social news, streaming, and influencer networking experience. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

We neither sell your information to third parties nor share your information with governments except in the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy. Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up or update your profile, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, display name, profile photo, preferred language, date of birth, and profile bio information including gender and location if provided. Either an email or phone number is required for registration.

Content You Share. We collect information you choose to provide, including posts, photos, videos, comments, reactions, shares, and follows.

Payment Information. If you make a purchase, payment-related Personal Information is collected and stored by our third-party payment processor.

Communications. If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, message contents, and attachments.

Your Contacts. If you permit contact access, we may collect names and contact details to help you connect with other users.

1B. Information We Collect Automatically

We may collect Device Identifiable Information, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access times, pages visited, referring websites, device identifiers, mobile carrier, advertising IDs, push notification tokens, and approximate location derived from IP address.

We automatically collect usage information such as content viewed, searches performed, accounts followed, and interaction timestamps to analyze trends, improve services, and understand usage patterns.

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

Blockchain Features. Parler Play integrates blockchain technology into certain features. Some interactions may be recorded on public blockchains, users are responsible for their private keys and wallets, blockchain records may be permanent and publicly visible, and Parler Play does not store or recover private keys.

3. How We Share the Information We Collect

Vendors and Service Providers. We may share Personal Information with service providers supporting our Services.

Content You Share. Our Services are social platforms, and your display name, profile photo, bio, followers or following, and public posts may be publicly visible. We are not responsible for how other users use public information.

We do not share personal data with nonaffiliated third parties for direct marketing without your consent. We may disclose information to comply with legal processes, protect rights and safety, support business transfers, or when you authorize disclosure.

4. Your Choices

You may control certain sharing settings within your account, though some information such as display name may always be public.

If you opt into SMS, you can manage preferences in settings and opt out at any time. You may also unsubscribe from promotional emails or texts at any time, although administrative messages may still be sent.

You can control notifications through app settings and device settings, and you may update your Personal Information in account settings.

Third-Party Links and Services. Our Services may contain links to third-party platforms, including YouTube, Rumble, and other embedded content providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. We are not responsible for damages from unauthorized access.

Children's Data. Our Services are not intended for users under 18. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it.

International Transfers. Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you access them from other regions, you consent to data transfer to the U.S.

You may update or delete your account through account settings. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
